Learn effective stress reduction skills such as grounding, visualizations, specifically tailored energetic breath movements for self-regulation, energetic somatic awareness processes, utilization of natural elements, auric field cleansing, and techniques for emotional and energetic regulation. We target nervous system regulation towards stress reduction while opening the heart.
Targeted self-awareness processes such as the SOBR™ tool for increased awareness, self-regulation and increased compassion levels will be taught.
